Section 9

Protection of Pilgrimage Places and Temples:

The Government of Nepal can make the necessary arrangements to prevent misuse or any kind of misappropriation of the places of pilgrimage or temples under the care of the Government of Nepal or of archaeological or historical importance according to this Act.
